Payment can be made in advance or after the treatment in cash or by card. Card payment is subject to a charge (1.5% for EC and 2.5% for credit card).

An invoice can be issued. This will be sent by email. If you would like a printout by post, please let us know during your visit. CHF 2 will be charged for printing and sending the invoice by post. The customer will be charged the fees incurred for payments made at the post office counter.
Please pay on time within 10 days. A reminder fee of CHF 20 will be charged from the 1st reminder level and CHF 40 from the 2nd reminder level.

By making an appointment, you confirm that you are the owner of the animal to be treated or euthanised. Alternatively, you are its legal representative or the owner explicitly and verifiably empowered to make medical decisions, including euthanasia, in its absence. Dr.med.vet. Sabine Huber declines any liability for damages caused by deception.

For your and my safety and for the best possible course of the visit, it is necessary that you tell me if your animal is very fearful or has already behaved aggressively towards strangers or even yourself. Together we will then discuss the best course of action in advance. Any additional expenditure can be charged by me.
If I am not informed before the appointment that your animal needs special handling and I have already arrived, I reserve the right not to take the appointment if necessary and to charge you 200 CHF.

The actual shipping costs incurred will be passed on to the customer. In addition, a surcharge of CHF 3.00 per package will be charged for packaging and processing.

Appointments that are canceled up to 24 hours before the visit will not be charged.
Appointments canceled at short notice will be chargedat CHF 100. If the appointment is canceled after I have arrived, an additional CHF 2.10 per kilometer driven (round trip from 8965 city center) will be charged.
